Stalin

Imaginary Stalin doing the Emotion Elevator process

  • Mr General secretary, Father of the people, The Friend of the workers, The Shining Sun, may I notify: You seem to be very furious. (becoming aware of the emotional charge)
  • Indeed!
  • What could be the thought causing it? (becoming aware of the thought fueling the emotion)
  • Those pigs!! The henchmen!! The dangerous contrarevolutionaries, the traitors (the orthodox, jews, Trotski followers, everybody!!!!!)
  • And what would you like to do, Mr General secretary? (becoming aware of the desire)
  • Liquidate! Kill!!!! Punish. No cruelty is enough for the traitors!

- Ok. Let us do it - but only in our imagination. Let us take a deep breath, hold it and during that one breath imagine that we kill as many of these threatening beings as we ever can. We can use our imaginary guns and shoot the air as it would be full of them. And the moment we cannot hold our breath any more, we let it all go. (reducing the charge through limited allowance of the desire)

  • What is the emotion under the rage? (deepening the process, becoming aware of next emotional charge)
  • Sorrow. Gloomy sorrow.
  • And how and where in your body do you feel it? (reducing the emotion to the feeling in the body)
  • Everywhere! It is everywhere! Horrendous lonely sorrow!
  • And what would you like to do? (becoming aware of the desire)
  • Cry, cry like the waterfalls, cry like the heavens of Mother Russia!

Let us do so! Just in our imagination. Let us take a deep breath, hold it and during that one breath imagine that we cry. We put more tension to our throats and make our faces look like we were crying and pretend that we cry. The moment we cannot hold our breath any more, we let even the sorrow go. (reducing the charge through limited allowance of the need)

  • What is the emotion under the sorrow? (deepening the process, becoming aware of next emotional charge)
  • Horror. Pure horror.
  • And what thought would make you feel that horror, Mr General secretary? (becoming aware of thought fueling the emotion)
  • I do not know, I really do not know.
  • What about the feeling? How and were does it feel in your body? (reducing the emotion to a feeling in the body)
  • It is everywhere…
  • I can see that you tremble (accepting the situation)

(Stalin is trembling eyes wide open)

  • Let us do so, Let us take a deep breath, hold it and during that one breath tremble as much as we can.The moment we cannot hold our breath any more, we let even the horror go. (reducing the charge through limited allowance of the need of the body)
  • What is the emotion under the horror?
  • Emptiness. Total emptiness. How can there be such emptiness?

(the charge is gone, body is now in zero zone, ready to be charged with something else)

-  Let us take one more breath, hold it as long as we can and tense our whole body as hard as we can The moment we cannot hold our breath any more, we let even the emptiness go.

  • What emotion is there under the emptiness? (deepening the process)
  • Peace. Total, deep peace, which I have never experienced before.
  • Let us enjoy this little paradise for a while. Put your hand on your heart (anchoring the Peace State)

When you now, Mr General Secretary, from that state of peace, think about your desires a few minutes ago…what do you think? (redirecting the future)

- I think that there could be some other ways to solve problems. I think there could be some other kinds of revolutions.
